The Joseph is a high end, luxury hotel that opened in late 2020, set amongst many of Nashville’s most significant attractions and experiences. The Joseph has 297-rooms and is located in the heart of the SoBro neighborhood that is within walking distance of the Music City Center, Nashville’s convention facility.

This 21-story hotel features a signature first-floor restaurant and bar, over 18,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space, and an unparalleled rooftop. The rooftop of the hotel is dedicated to a full-service spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, expansive pool deck, and contemporary bar, all providing incredible views of the Nashville skyline and Cumberland River.

Kaulig Capital was introduced to the Pizzuti Companies by MSF Capital partners Jeff Morris and Chad Kiner. Pizzuti developed the Le Meridian in Columbus which is a well-known luxury hotel. When introduced, the first stages of development were underway in Nashville for this new location. Kaulig Capital invested in the hotel due to its relationship with MSF / Pizzuti, the operating partner’s strong track record, the location, and the structure of the deal.
