JENNMAR acquires Dumotech Industrial Products

JENNMAR, a leading global provider of infrastructure products and services and part of FalconPoint Partners, has acquired Dumotech Industrial Products, a company based in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, specializing in mining products and equipment. Dumotech has been operating for nearly 30 years and will continue to operate at its current location under JENNMAR’s ownership, retaining some existing customer relationships. Tony Calandra, CEO of JENNMAR, emphasized the acquisition’s role in strengthening JENNMAR’s presence in Canada, enhancing their ability to meet the regional demands of the hard rock mining market. David Hurd, Vice President of International Sales and General Manager of JENNMAR Canada, highlighted that incorporating Dumotech strengthens their footprint in Quebec and improves proximity to their growing customer base. Luc Hamelin, General Manager of Dumotech, expressed enthusiasm about joining JENNMAR, noting that this move will enhance their product offerings and service quality while maintaining local engagement.
