Kaulig Capital Announces Leadership Promotions

Dominic Brault has been named President and Managing Director, further reinforcing his firmwide leadership role. Brault joined Kaulig Capital at the inception of the family office and has since led the investment team on over 80 unique transactions across the private equity and real estate portfolios. Brooke Sirak has been promoted to Director at Kaulig Capital. Sirak was Brault’s first hire on the Kaulig Capital team, joining as Vice President in 2020. Together, Brault, Sirak and their team executed on noteworthy transactions including the acquisition of Action Industries (and subsequent add-on of A-tech), the investment into Guardian Dentistry Partners, and the founding of real estate development company FLICORE, among others.
