
Brooke Sirak
Brooke (Hradisky) Sirak joined Kaulig Capital in October 2020 as Vice President. She works with the firm’s portfolio of existing investments as well as the evaluation of new opportunities.
Previously, Brooke served as Vice President at Carleton McKenna & Company, working closely with firm clients throughout the transaction process and deal execution. Brooke was responsible for transaction processing for both M&A and capital raise transactions. This included developing and reviewing offering memorandums, conducting financial analysis, creating transaction presentations and materials. Brooke was actively involved in deal origination and firm business development efforts.
Brooke’s M&A experience encompasses small- to mid-cap companies, including private closely-held businesses, multi-generational family businesses, portfolio companies of financial sponsor firms, and divisions or subsidiaries of public companies.
Brooke’s transaction experience ranges from leading the acquisition of Platform Brewery by Anheuser-Busch’s (NYSE:BUD) Brewers Collective to raising Series A capital for growth-stage SaaS businesses. Additionally, Brooke has strategic corporate M&A experience, assisting Mace Security International in the acquisition of multiple related product lines and strong brand names.
Prior to joining Carleton McKenna, Brooke worked with Baldwin Wallace University’s Center for Innovation and Growth Practice (“CIG”) where she led research and consulting projects highlighting opportunities for growth for regional corporate clients. At the CIG, Brooke worked for companies in a wide variety of industries including OEConnection, GOJO Industries, Parker Hannifin Corporation, and Westfield Insurance.
Brooke received her B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Baldwin-Wallace University where she now serves on the Board of the school’s athletic alumni organization, the Brown & Gold Club. She is an active member of Cleveland’s Women in Finance and well as the Association of Corporate Growth’s YACG and Women In Transactions groups. Brooke was recognized as Crain’s Business Magazine’s “20 in their 20s” 2018 cohort.
Additionally, she is an active member of the Greater Cleveland Sports Association’s Associate Board. Brooke is an avid Triathlete, participating in regional and national competitions.
