Paul Martin

Chief Financial Officer

Paul Martin is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Kaulig Capital. As CFO for Kaulig Capital, Paul’s primary responsibilities include the management and oversight of financial reporting, financial planning, and strategic opportunities focused on investments in private equity and real estate.

Prior to joining Kaulig Capital, Paul was a tax partner at Apple Growth Partners, a regional CPA firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. While there, Paul worked with large, private companies and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and consulted on strategic planning, complex tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, and wealth management planning.

Paul graduated from John Carroll University with his BSBA in Accounting and MBA degrees. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Paul also serves on the boards of numerous charities including the Kaulig Foundation.

Paul lives in Hudson, Ohio with his wife, Jane, and their two children, Elizabeth and Andrew. In his spare time, Paul enjoys golfing, attending sporting events and concerts, and spending time with his family and friends.
