This shopping center has excellent access and visibility from three major highways and is positioned between Akron and Cleveland.

Kaulig Capital partnered with Lance Osborne and Osborne Capital to lead the acquisition of Macedonia Commons from DDR. Since the acquisition, the center has attracted new tenants such as the Cleveland Clinic, Spectrum, and European Wax Center, among others. The team is also working on adding new restaurant establishments on outparcels to enhance the customer experience.
