The mixed-use development project is valued at over $700 million.

Kaulig Capital was introduced to the Crawford Hoying team via its long-term relationship with two key partners at MSF Capital Jeff Morris and Chad Kiner. Founded by Brent Crawford and Bob Hoying, Crawford Hoying is a full service real estate development company, developing more than $1.3 billion of mixed-use, multifamily, office and retail properties in the last five years.

The Kaulig Capital team was able to experience the Bridge Park community during their visits to MSF Capital and were impressed by the early success of the project. Kaulig Capital participated in the final phase of Bridge Park development and was attracted to the market dynamics in Dublin, especially the location of this project relative to Old Dublin and a thriving local business community.
