Trinitas and Crawford Hoying formed a 50-50 joint venture as the master developers of the District at Clifton Heights, bringing together two active, and fully integrated commercial real estate developers. Total investment over the next 5 years is expected to be $420 million, bringing 1,200 jobs related to construction as well as 800 permanent jobs.
After Kaulig Capital’s positive experience with Crawford Hoying in the Bridge Park development, the team continued to deepen its relationship with Crawford Hoying and participated in the land development of Clifton Heights.
