JENNMAR, a global infrastructure products and services provider, has acquired a majority stake in Australian Steel & Wire Pty Ltd (ASW). This acquisition will enhance JENNMAR’s wire mesh expertise and expand its product offerings across APAC, Europe, and North America. ASW’s product range includes various types of wire mesh and related products for multiple industries. The integration aims to leverage ASW’s manufacturing capabilities and low-cost operations in Malaysia, strengthening JENNMAR’s supply chain and showing commitment to quality, service and growth.
