JENNMAR Acquires Dumotech Industrial Products in Quebec

Jennmar announced the acquisition of select assets from Dumotech Industrial Products to expand its presence in Canada. The deal strengthens Jennmar’s footprint in Quebec by enhancing its product offerings and increasing proximity to key mining operations in the region. As part of the transaction, the company will continue operating out of Dumotech’s facility in Rouyn-Noranda to better serve its growing customer base. CEO Tony Calandra noted that the acquisition supports Jennmar’s ability to meet rising demand in the hardrock mining sector while delivering innovative solutions to both new and existing customers.
