Views From Cleveland’s Newest Lakefront High-Rise

Cleveland’s newest lakefront high-rise is nearing a major construction milestone in the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood. The 13-story, 110-unit apartment building is expected to top out in late August, making it Cuyahoga County’s first lakefront high-rise in 53 years. Developed by Cleveland-based J Roc Development, Naia Noir is scheduled for completion around Memorial Day 2027. Two fifth-floor model suites are expected to open Aug. 12, followed by a rooftop hard-hat celebration and property tours on Aug. 21. The building is located at 1200 W. 76th St., next to The Shoreway Apartments, another J Roc Development property.
